Quick Trip for Long Results

Please pray!

Monday we flew in to Kansas City from Japan. Tomorrow evening (Thursday) we’ll be sharing with a group of people interested in finding ways to speed up the Japanese Sign Language Bible translation project. The main issue we’ll be looking at is funding the project. We want  to bring salaries of our present team up to acceptable levels, and also make it possible to hire multiple translation teams and finish the whole Bible in 15 years.

Thank God for people here who care about people on the opposite end of the globe, and are willing to give this kind of time and energy to meet their needs. Pray that God’s presence at the meeting will be obvious to all, and that we will find ways to move the translation project forward.
