Leaving Again

We hope to fly stand-by from LA to Tokyo tomorrow,  November 20th.  We are grateful for the people who give us buddy-passes to make these trips possible.

Our time with Daniel was very special, and it is always hard to say good-bye.  On Sunday at church, I (Mary Esther) was sitting next to Daniel and he was holding my hand. I was thinking how hard it would be to leave him again when Pastor Dale spoke of “letting go of something in order to do the work God has for us to do.”  But letting go not just about enabling our own ministry. During the service, the attendant who brought Daniel to church told Mark that she and her husband now attend church there regularly, driving 30-40 minutes, even when they don’t take Daniel. A number of others also come to Calvary because of Daniel, and one actually accepted Christ while serving as his attendant.
