Hori is Okay

Friday we finally heard from Hori. Cell phone service was out until then and he couldn’t get through. He and all his family are fine, though I imagine he has stories to tell. He left Yamagata and drove home over the mountains into Sendai after the first quake.

The moving people wondered about us at first when we got the news and were cheering  so loudly, but when we told them why, they immediately understood. So many people here are/were waiting to hear from someone.

  1. Praise God you and Pastor Hori are safe. May God protect you from after shocks and radiation and supply all your needs.
