Weakness, mystery, and the power of God

While here in Japan, Mary Esther has had to cut back her schedule dramatically. Today, Mark will be speaking in her place for a wheelchair cleaning demonstration at a local church. Because he is unfamiliar with the details of the wheelchair cleaning process, four volunteers will be coming to church to help. Three of them are “not-yet-believers”. “God works in mysterious ways His wonders to perform.” (Not sure we’re thrilled about the “storm” mentioned in the following line of the hymn, but it is good to know Who’s in control at times like this.)

There is a container of wheelchairs slated to leave for the Philippines this month. Pray for the myriads of details that need to be cared for.
